UCaaS Hold Music How to Change Default:
Once logged in select Services, then Hold Music on the left side of the page
Select Hidden Door Custom
Select New Track
I typically name the file the date that you sent me the file. Make sure that the file matches the requirements listed. I typically use https://convertio.co/ if it needs a format change. Select File and then find your new music. Then hit save.
Once back to the Group Name/Track Listing, delete the older track by hitting the x button
