π Step 1: Unbox & Connect
Unpack the printer, remove all protective materials.
Install ink/toner cartridges (if required).
Load paper into the tray.
Connect power and turn on the printer.
πΆ Step 2: Choose Your Connection Type
A) USB Connection
Connect the USB cable between the printer and computer.
Windows or macOS should detect the printer automatically.
If not, install the driver manually (see Step 3).
B) Wi-Fi Connection
Use the printer's control panel to navigate to:
Menu > Network > WLAN > Setup Wizard
Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your password.
Wait for the printer to confirm the connection.
β¨Tip: If your printer supports Wi-Fi Direct, you can print from a phone or computer without a router.
C) Ethernet (Wired Network)
Connect the printer to your router using an Ethernet cable.
Proceed with software installation to detect it.

Enter your printer model (e.g., Brother HL-L2350DW).
Download the Full Driver & Software Package.
Run the installer and follow the steps (choose USB, Network, or Wi-Fi setup).
Finish installation and print a test page.
π± Step 4: Mobile Printing (Optional)
To print from your phone or tablet:
β Android/iOS:
Install the Brother iPrint&Scan app from Google Play or App Store.
Connect to the same Wi-Fi as your printer.
The app should auto-detect the printer.
β Final Checks
Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers (Windows) or System Settings > Printers & Scanners (Mac).
Make sure the Brother printer is set as default.
Try printing a test document.
