How to add 10DLC to the phone number:
Step 1: On your CAM portal, click 'Resources'.

Step 2: Under Resources, click 'Phone Number'

Step 3: Input the number into 'Multi Number Search'.

Step 4: Check if the phone number's SMS status is active or inactive.

Step 5: Check all the numbers you searched for, then click 'Edit'.

Step 6: Click 'Enable SMS.' If it still shows 'Disable SMS,' then click ‘Save’

Step 7: After clicking 'Enable,' you will be directed to this interface. 10DLC is now enabled. Click 'Save'.

CoreDial requires the Campaign ID or Brand Name to assign the numbers. The turnaround time is a maximum of 72 hours for the 10DLC to become active. Please provide the Campaign ID and Brand Name as soon as possible
